Festival Ranch Political Organization

ff entray Sun City Festival and Festival Foothills are part of Festival Ranch, a master-planned community of approximately 10,105 acres located in the far west valley of metropolitan Phoenix. Within the city of Buckeye, and approximately 13 miles west of Surprise, Festival Ranch as of February 1, 2025, includes 5,421 total homes in both Sun City Festival, a 55+ Active Adult community (4,307), and Festival Foothills (1,114 homes), a family-oriented community.

There are approximately 8,000 Arizona registered voters in Festival Ranch in four voting precincts.
