To become the West Valley’s pre-eminent source of information and motivation for Republicans and Independents to vote for Conservative candidates.
All Maricopa County (MC) registered voters will receive a paper ballot in the mail that must be returned via the USPS or placed in an official Maricopa County drop box. Please remember to sign, date, and seal your green affidavit envelope. It is also helpful to include your phone number in case the Elections Department need to reach you.

FOR THE 2025 ELECTION THERE IS NO POLL OR DROP BOX LOCATED AT THE FESTIVAL FIRE STATION ON W. WAGNER WASH COMPLEX DR.
There is NO tabulation equipment and NO in-person voting at any of the poll locations that are open. Polls are open only to provide an official ballot and a return envelope to a registered MC voter who did not receive one in the mail, or needs a replacement for a ballot that was spoiled and there is no time for a replacement to be sent. A ballot obtained at a poll must be voted at the location where it is obtained, placed into the signed affidavit envelope and deposited in the drop box at the poll for tabulation at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC).

Our Group’s October 2, 2025 monthly meeting featured presentations and an extensive Q&A by Dr. Scott Spurgeon, West-MEC Superintendent, Warren Whitney, SVP of Government Affairs, Westvalley Health and J. Woodfin “Woody” Thomas, Director Maricopa County Special Health Care District 4 Board Member.
Below are the results of a straw poll following the presentations. There were 74 total responses to the poll. The demographics of those voting were primarily 55+, full-time, registered Republican, Sun City Festival residents and are highly likely to vote in the 2025 Jurisdictional Election.
A similar poll that was inspired by ours was conducted by the Sun City West Republican Club on October 4. There were 93 total responses to their poll. The demographics of those voting were primarily 55+, full-time registered Republicans, Sun City West and Sun City Grand residents and who are also highly likely to vote. Our group has strong collaborative relationships with 10 West Valley Republican and Independent Clubs and Interest Groups. We routinely share information and conduct similar grassroot activities that help us achieve our Conservative goals.

Ballot language:
"Shall the Western Maricopa Education Center Technical Education District, Maricopa County, Arizona, be authorized to issue and sell general obligation bonds in the principal amount of up to $415,000,000?"
Proposition 403 is a $415 million bond to allow West-MEC to build new school facilities, expand current facilities, purchase land for additional school sites and equip these facilities to offer additional career and technical education programs. Voting Yes on the bond will create new opportunities in the Northeast Valley, Peoria, and the Northwest Valley as well as expand existing Central and Southwest campuses to allow students access to more programs closer to home. Proposition 403 will allow expanded programs in: Electrical, Plumbing, Medical assistant/nurse, Surgical Technician, Medical Imaging, Cyber Security & More.
A “yes” vote shall authorize the Western Maricopa Education Center District No. 402 (West-MEC) Governing Board to issue and sell $415,000,000 of school improvement bonds of the District to be repaid with secondary property taxes.
A “no” vote shall not authorize the Western Maricopa Education Center District No. 402 (West-MEC) Governing Board to issue and sell such bonds of the District.
Ballot language:
Shall the Governing Board of Western Maricopa Education Center District No. 402 (West-MEC) of Maricopa County, Arizona, be authorized to sell, lease or exchange the following described parcels of real property, or any portion thereof, and use all or a portion of any such proceeds of any such sale, lease or exchange to purchase school sites and/or to construct, improve, equip and furnish school buildings, including technology, to purchase student transportation vehicles and/or any other permitted capital expenditure? The real property is described as follows:
Parcel A: Site located in the subdivision named Phoenix Cement Investment Holdings & John F Long Mld in Glendale, Arizona, known as the SE Corner of 110th Avenue and Glendale (approximately 29.37 acres). Assessor’s Parcel Number is 102-592-41C.
Parcel B: Site located at 5405 North 99th Avenue in Glendale, Arizona 85305, known as the District’s Western Maricopa Education Center in the Glendale Corporate Center (approximately 2.22 acres). Assessor’s Parcel Number is 102-140-22.
Parcel C: Site located at 5487 North 99th Avenue in Glendale, Arizona 85305, known as the District’s Western Maricopa Education Center in the Glendale Corporate Center (approximately 2.11 acres). Assessor’s Parcel Number is 102-140-23.
A “YES” vote shall authorize the Maricopa County Special Health Care District governing body to issue and sell $898,000,000 of general obligation bonds of the district to be repaid with secondary property taxes.
A “NO” vote shall not authorize the Maricopa County Special Health Care District governing body to issue and sell such bonds of the district.
Ballot language:
Shall Maricopa County Special Health Care District (Valleywise Health) be authorized to issue and sell general obligation bonds of $898 million to meet behavioral health and community healthcare needs? The issuance of these bonds will result in a property tax increase sufficient to pay annual debt service of the bonds.
Shall Maricopa County Special Health Care District, doing business as Valleywise Health, in Maricopa County, Arizona (the “District”), be authorized to issue and sell general obligation bonds of the District in an aggregate principal amount not exceeding $898,000,000 to meet community need for healthcare facilities throughout Maricopa County, including, without limitation, to expand behavioral health, increase inpatient and emergency room capacity, rebuild and expand community health centers and medical teaching facilities, build a replacement comprehensive health center, and make other infrastructure improvements, and including the refinancing of obligations previously incurred for such purposes, the reimbursement of amounts previously advanced by the District for such purposes, and paying all expenses properly incidental thereto and to the issuance of such bonds?
The bonds are to be issued in one or more series, maturing not less than one year (or a portion thereof) and not more than 30 years following the date of issuance of each series, bearing interest at a rate or rates not higher than 10 percent per annum and to be sold at prices that may include a premium not greater than that permitted by law. The issuance of these bonds will result in a property tax increase sufficient to pay the annual debt service on the bonds.
A “YES” vote shall authorize the Maricopa County Special Health Care District governing body to issue and sell $898,000,000 of general obligation bonds of the district to be repaid with secondary property taxes.
A “NO” vote shall not authorize the Maricopa County Special Health Care District governing body to issue and sell such bonds of the district.
